This lunch program is open to all AIPAC Congressional Club members. Congressional Club members make a minimum annual commitment of $2,500 to pro-Israel politics, supporting pro-Israel candidates in races for the U.S. House and Senate. Membership in the Congressional Club is open to all
Washington Club and above donors to AIPAC.

Chief of Staff to U.S. Senator Pat Toomey (R-PA)

Dan Brandt is the Chief of Staff to U.S. Senator Pat Toomey. He previously worked at the U.S. Senate Budget Committee as the Director of Revenues. Over his 19 year career he has worked for six U.S. Senators, a House member, a Cabinet Secretary and on President George H.W. Bush’s re-election campaign.

Dan graduated from American University with a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Economics and from Johns Hopkins University with a master’s degree in Applied Economics. He currently lives in Maryland with his wife and three children.

Chief of Staff to U.S. Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (D-PA 13)

John McCarthy currently serves as the Chief of Staff to Congressman Brendan F. Boyle. Prior to this position, John served as National Director of Faith and Heritage Community Outreach for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. In this capacity he served as Secretary Clinton’s liaison to faith communities as well as new-immigrant and diaspora communities around the country. John also previously worked on Capitol Hill in Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr.’s successful bid to head the House Energy and Commerce committee.
