Chart your path in our Jewish community. Explore your leadership style and learn how to apply it to communal involvement.

Young professionals (ages 22-45) meet monthly to build their leadership skills and learn about our local Jewish community and the priorities of the Jewish Federation.

Learn and Connect

Educate yourself about the issues facing our Jewish community (food insecurity, Jewish education, Israel and overseas affairs) and the role of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia in meeting those needs. Think deeply about your personal Jewish identity and connection to heritage. Build relationships with other group members and with seasoned leaders who will share their volunteer paths.

Developed by the Jewish Federation in 2000, the Leadership Development Program has a long history of success and recognition in our community. Participants pledge to join the Leadership Giving Society by making a gift of $500 to the Jewish Federation’s annual campaign, and a $100 program fee helps cover the cost of meals.
