Professional Growth through Relationship-building, Education, Support and Skill Acquisition

Launching spring 2019, Project ProGRESS inspires professional growth for new-ish professionals (2-6 years in the field) working in any Jewish organization or institution within Greater Philadelphia’s Jewish communities. Through relationship building, Jewish education, skill development and support, each cohort will spend a year advancing their careers. The program includes monthly workshops, networking, and designing and implementing a personal project, all with the assistance of an assigned mentor.
