Professional Growth through Relationship-building, Education, Support and Skill Acquisition

Launching spring 2019, Project ProGRESS inspires professional growth for new-ish professionals (2-6 years in the field) working in any Jewish organization or institution within Greater Philadelphia’s Jewish communities. Through relationship building, Jewish education, skill development and support, each cohort will spend a year advancing their careers. The program includes monthly workshops, networking, and designing and implementing a personal project, all with the assistance of an assigned mentor.

The application process begins spring 2019 and includes a formal application, an interview, and a $100 participation fee required after acceptance. Please address any questions about the program to Penina Hoffnung: or 215.832.0813.
