The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia is committed to providing essential resources during the international crisis caused by the COVID-19 Coronavirus. We are coordinating with all Jewish-affiliated organizations, schools, synagogues and agencies in the region to assess and address emerging needs. Can teens change the world? We think they can!

The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia is inviting a diverse group of goal-oriented (and fun-loving!) 9th and 10th graders from throughout Greater Philadelphia to raise and allocate funds to solve real community issues.  Along the way, participants will learn more about Jewish values, and what it really means to be a leader.

The Teen Giving Project will meet approximately eight Sundays between October 2019 and May 2020.  The program costs $360 per teen, a portion of which will be allocated as part of the grants process; participants can apply for full or partial scholarships.

Ninth and tenth graders for the 2019-20 school year are welcome to apply, or parents, teachers and community members can nominate students.
