About Jewish Federation Real Estate
The Jewish Federation Real Estate (JFRE) group brings professionals together to learn, network and lead the way in creating a more secure Jewish world through philanthropic investments. Founded in 2008, JFRE is a membership-based affinity group of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia.
Networking with a Cause
JFRE hosts premier industry programs, including the signature real estate event of the year Legends and Leaders, and provides opportunities for members to convene with one another to listen to top speakers and find out about new venues and development projects. These events also raise awareness and funds about the needs within the Jewish community around the world: whether it be security cameras at schools to combat the increase in antisemitism, upgrading food kitchens to ensure no one goes hungry, or medical clinics to care for those fleeing war-torn countries. Funded Projects
Your JFRE membership funds support real estate and security capacity building projects in the Greater Philadelphia region, Israel and abroad. These projects address security and infrastructure needs at synagogues, schools, camps, and more with the mission of creating welcoming places for people to safely congregate, worship, and learn in. Membership
Membership includes complimentary access to JFRE events throughout the year. Members are also invited to an annual membership dinner.
JFRE has two membership options:
- JFRE (ages 31 and up) is a $1,000+ annual membership contribution to the JFRE Fund
- Young JFRE (ages 30 and younger) is a $180+ annual membership contribution to the JFRE Fund. Young JFRE members are provided with opportunities to connect with seasoned professionals through unofficial or official mentorship programs.
