Bless Our Workforce: Changing the Way We Manage Our People Thursday, November 11 and 18, 2021 |  12:00 – 1:00 p.m.

As we continue to navigate these uncertain times, what can we do to ensure our staff are motivated and feel valued by their organizations? This two-part series will present a philosophy and applicable strategies to address this challenge building off the learnings of Bless our Workforce, a new book by our facilitator, Mark S. Young. During these sessions, you will discuss, reflect and learn skills to implement within your own daily leadership practices.

If we deeply get to know our people, we can learn how to best motivate and inspire them so each feels blessed at work.  Click here to register.

About Session I

Examine one of the “blessings” (strategies) of the Bless Our Workforce philosophy, and how we can apply to transform organizational culture. You will be asked to do a short assignment to “practice” your strategy and bring your reflections to part two of the workshop.

About Session II

Share your reflections from practicing one of the blessings in your workplace. We will examine two more “blessings” (strategies from the book), and share how we can amplify our organizational strengths, through listening, mentorship, mission, and flexibility, to strengthen the work experience for our staff, raising productivity, lowering turnover, and creating a clear plan of action to a more blessed work environment.
