Liability Waiver Form
To the best of my knowledge, I am in good physical condition and able to participate in the NGS Safety & Security Film Demonstration on July 30, 2025, at the Lower Merion Rod & Gun Club, 143 Fagleysville Rd, Perkiomenville, PA 18074 (the “Activities”). I am aware of and understand the risks and hazards connected with the participation in this event, including physical injury or even death, and hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said event, knowing that the associated physical activity may be hazardous to me and my property. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OR LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, that may be sustained by me, or loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of participation in this course. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT THE DEMONSTRATION WILL INCLUDE LIVE GUNFIRE.
I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia (Jewish Federation), the Board of Trustees, their officers, servants, agents, and employees (hereinafter referred to as RELEASEES) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in physical activity, or while on or upon the premises where the event is being conducted.
It is my expressed intent that this release and hold harmless agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE, and CONVENTION TO SUE the above named RELEASEES. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

By signing this release, I acknowledge and represent that I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING Waiver of Liability, Hold Harmless Agreement, Photographic, Audio and Video Release, In Person Gathering Policy and Code of Conduct, UNDERSTAND IT AND SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY as my free act and deed; no oral representations, statements or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreements have been made; and I EXECUTE THIS RELEASE FOR FULL, ADEQUATE AND COMPLETE CONSIDERATION FULLY INTENDING TO BE BOUND BY SAME.

HOLDHARMLESS AGREEMENT
This is an insurance required document.
This Hold Harmless Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Lower Merion rod & Gun Club, inc., (referred to as “LMRGC”), a Pennsylvania Non-Profit corporation with a business address of 143 Fagleysville Road, Perkiomenville, Pa. 18074, and the member/guest indicated above (hereby referred to as “Member”) seeking to use LMRGC’s facilities for appropriate use.
WHEREAS LMRGC offers members/guests the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities consistent with the Association’s mission of safe shooting sports and related activities.
WHEREAS the Member/guest seeks to use the LMRGC facilities to conduct safe shooting, events, training, and related activities.
WHEREAS the LMRGC and Member/guest hereby agree to their respective rights and responsibilities.
WITNESSETH, The LMRGC and Member/guest intend to be legally bound agree as follows:
1. In accordance with the currently published LMRGC Range Rules & Standard Operating Procedures, member/guest may utilize the LMRGC facility for agreed-to activities at the Association’s facility.
2. Member/guest agrees to comply with all LMRG rules, regulations, and guidelines to safely conduct shooting activities. LMRGC reserves the right to supervise member/guest activities and may request specific steps be taken by Member/guest to protect LMRGC, its Members, other Guests, invitees, licensees, and others.
3. Member/guest recognizes that firearms use is an inherently dangerous activity, and Member must comply with all laws, regulations, rules and requirements, and safe firearms
practice while using LMRGC’s facility.
4. Member/guest shall fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LMRGC from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever, including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury and/or wrongful death, whether brought by an individual or other entity, or imposed by a court of law or by administrative action of any federal, state or local governmental body or agency, arising out of, in any way whatsoever, any acts, omissions, negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Member/guest. This indemnification applies upon any alleged negligence or condition, caused or created, in whole or in part, by Member/guest. This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgments, awards, decrees, attorneys’ fees, and related costs or expenses, and any reimbursement to LMRGC for all legal fees, expenses and costs incurred by it. The Parties intend that this Agreement provide as broad an indemnification as possible under Pennsylvania law.
5. Each Party warrants that the individuals who have signed this Agreement have the actual legal power, right and authority to make this Agreement and bind each respective Party.
6. This Agreement, along with any agreement concerning fees and schedule, comprises the entire agreement between the Parties, superseding any prior oral or written agreement concerning the subject matter. Any amendment or modification must be made in writing, executed in writing and signed by the Parties. If any part of this Agreement is made unenforceable for any reason, the remainder remains in full force and effect. Any Party successfully claiming any breach before a component court of law may seek reimbursement of costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees from any breaching party. This Agreement shall be exclusively governed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to conflicts of law provisions, where any action concerning this Agreement shall be raised in courts of competent jurisdiction embracing Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Waiver of any specific remedy does not constitute a waiver of any other remedy pursuant to this Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first set forth below.
