About Chef Haim Dimri

Chef Haim Dimri was born and raised in Netivot, Israel. He began his culinary journey in prestigious restaurants in the United States, Canada and Israel after studying at the Tadmor Cookery School. During his time in luxury bakeries in France and Canada, he was exposed to the world of patisserie, which shifted his focus away from traditional cooking. In 2010, he opened a boutique bakery called Patisserie Nichochot Haim — Haim Fragrances — in Netivot, where he prepares modern desserts alongside classic favorites.
Venture Israel Fellowship
Our speaker is brought to us through the Venture Israel Fellowship, a project of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia in partnership with Jewish Learning Venture. The fellowship nurtures a diverse network of Jewish professionals who create programs that focus on the dynamic complexity of today’s Israel through the lens of Jewish identity and its evolution.
