The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia’s Women’s Collective is composed of two affinity groups: Women of Vision and Women’s Philanthropy. Each group is dedicated to empowering women and driving meaningful change through advocacy, education and charitable giving.
Women of Vision
Women of Vision (WOV) is Philadelphia’s Jewish Women’s Foundation, which impacts the lives of self-identifying Jewish women and girls across generations and geographic boundaries through strategic grantmaking, advocacy and educational programs leading to social change and social justice. Founded in 1994, WOV is a lifetime membership-based group of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia.
Women’s Philanthropy
Women’s Philanthropy empowers, engages, and connects women at every stage of life to become leaders and ambassadors who work to ensure a vibrant Jewish future. As part of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, Women’s Philanthropy travels, volunteers, learns, gives and forges meaningful connections between like-minded women.

Bringing together over 175 participants, the Women of Vision Spring Event is a special evening for women across the region to connect, celebrate and hear from trailblazing women in different fields who are making the world a better place.
Lion of Judah
Women’s Philanthropy’s annual Lion of Judah event brings together around 200 participants to connect women philanthropists and celebrate the community’s collective generosity. The event highlights the impact women make through leadership, advocacy and meaningful investment in the region.

- The Jewish Federation will note the non-deductible value for goods and service benefits associated with each sponsorship level in your confirmation email after submitting the sponsorship form.
