ACT NOW to ask your elected officials to fully fund the Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) and the Holocaust Survivor Assistance Program (HSAP) in Fiscal Year 2026.
The Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) provides critical security enhancements to nonprofit and faith-based institutions facing threats. Over the past decade, antisemitism has increased an incredible 893%, greatly accelerated in the aftermath of the horrific Hamas attacks on Oct. 7th. Increasing funding for NSGP to $500 million is vital to protect our places of worship, learning, and gathering.
The Holocaust Survivor Assistance Program (HSAP) supports Holocaust survivors and other older adults who have experienced significant hardship by delivering person-centered, trauma-informed services that promote affordable aging, health, independence, and community connection. Funding HSAP at $10 million will ensure that Holocaust survivors and other vulnerable older adults continue to receive critical assistance, enabling them to age with dignity and share their histories with future generations.
Contact your Members of Congress TODAY and urge them to support these essential programs. Your advocacy can make a difference in protecting our communities and honoring Holocaust survivors’ resilience.
