ABOUT THE BELLEVUE

After opening in 1904, the Bellevue has been a prominent part of Philadelphia’s history and was a cultural and social hub for much of the 20th century. Over its storied history, the Bellevue has seen numerous programs, ranging from a 1,000 room luxury hotel, to commercial offices.

Lubert-Adler acquired the Bellevue in 2021, and since then has executed a full renovation to modernize the building, which includes 155 residential apartments, a fully renovated hotel and restored ballroom, wellness and lifestyle amenities like the Sporting Club, and an activated lobby.
