NextGen’s Pathway Fellowship, formerly known as Leadership Development Program (LDP), has a long history of success and recognition in our community as a gateway for individuals to become leaders within the Jewish Federation. This fellowship provides you with the foundation to jumpstart your leadership journey.
Past participants have gone on to become leaders within the Jewish community locally and nationally.
ABOUT THE Pathway Fellowship
The Pathway Fellowship is a cohort-based experience for 20 rising leaders in their 20s and 30s who will hear about the challenges facing our Jewish Community and the role the Jewish Federation, and each one as a participant, plays in meeting those needs.
Through this fellowship, you will:
- Learn about the Jewish Federation and the role it plays in meeting the needs and issues facing our Jewish community at home, in Israel and around the world.
- Develop skills to launch your philanthropic and leadership endeavors.
- Build connections and network with other like-minded peers.
- Spend the day at one of the agencies funded through Jewish Federation dollars.
- Be paired with a mentor, who is a leader within the Jewish Federation and shares similar professional and volunteer interests as you.
YOUR TIME COMMITMENT
The Pathway Fellowship is a four month program with monthly, in-person sessions. There will be three evening sessions and one full day retreat-style session. Attendance is strongly encouraged at all four sessions for participation.

The program fee is $180
YOUR pHILANTHROPIC COMMITMENT
Upon completion of the program, participants will be asked to make a meaningful contribution to the Jewish Federation’s Annual Campaign with the expectation of joining the Ben Gurion Society during the calendar year of which you participate.
