Keynote Speaker
Lily Kanter
Serial Entrepreneur | Home Design Industry Leader

Lily Kanter has a proven track record of founding and scaling successful companies over the past two decades. Her four notable ventures include: Mill Valley Baby & Kids, Serena & Lily, Averylily, and Boon Supply – a commerce-driven fundraising platform inspired by motherhood that raised over $104 million for schools. Her latest company, Averylily, blends interior design with a curated home collection, celebrating local Hawaiian craftsmanship and global women artisans.
Breaking through the male-dominated industry of entrepreneurship, Kanter’s achievements have been recognized with several awards, including the Chairman’s Award from Bill Gates and a feature on the cover of Time Magazine.
She is also a Wexner Heritage Fellow alumna, a prestigious program of the Wexner Foundation that develops Jewish leaders.
Beyond design, Kanter is deeply committed to impact investing. She founded Empower Her, which channels Donor Advised Funds into female-led impact ventures.
She lives in California with her husband, and they are proud parents of three college-aged sons. In her free time, Kanter enjoys traveling to Africa with her family and playing tennis.
