The health and safety of our community, staff and event attendees is our highest priority. We are taking appropriate precautions to provide an environment that does not place our staff or event attendees at undue risk. Based on the current guidance related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) from the Centers for Disease Control, City of Philadelphia and the local jurisdictions where events are being held, we request that all of our guests, vendors and staff age 5 and older be fully vaccinated when attending our programs and that masks be worn in accordance with the City of Philadelphia guidelines.
We believe that properly planned, managed and overseen events can be conducted while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety for all attendees.
As a precautionary measure, the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia is actively working with event venues and hosts to increase sanitization practices and healthy habits for all events. We encourage guests to abide by health regulations set by the CDC. As we continue to monitor the situation with COVID-19 and its variants, details and safety protocols for events may change.
By participating in the In Person Gathering, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the event and that your attendance includes the possibility of exposure to and illness from COVID-19. You hereby knowingly and freely agree to accept and assume all risks arising from your attendance at the event. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jewish Federation and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from and against all liability, loss, costs, damages, charges, causes of action, suits, judgments, claims, demands, fees, and expenses.
