He is the leader of the trusts, estates and personal planning service team at Wyatt, Tarrant and Combs, LLP in Louisville, KY. Berry is also a frequent writer and lecturer.

Amy S. Ufberg, chair of the private client group at Dechert LLP, focuses her practice on estate planning, charitable planning, and estate and trust administration. She has particular experience with succession planning for individuals with interests in closely held businesses.
