“Leading toward the Light: Adaptive Challenges Facing the Jewish People in 5784”

The Wexner Foundation’s philosophy and curriculum have been built around the concept of adaptive leadership and how it mobilizes people to make progress on collective challenges over time by facing the inevitable resistance to change. Through a presentation by Rabbi Jay Henry Moses and small- and large-group conversations, you will delve into the theory of adaptive leadership through the lens of present day antisemitism. 

Guest Speaker: Rabbi Jay Henry Moses

Rabbi Moses is Vice President of The Wexner Foundation, having served previously as Director of the Wexner Heritage Program, North America’s premier Jewish leadership education program. Ordained in 1997, Rabbi Moses attended Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion for rabbinical studies and was awarded a Wexner Graduate Fellowship. Rabbi Moses has published several essays on High Holiday prayers and serves as the Editor-At-Large of “Shabbat: A Day of Rest,” a special section of Arianna Huffington’s Thrive Global media channel. He lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife, Cantor Bat-Ami Moses, and their two sons.
