About our speakers



Benjamin Kirshner serves as the inaugural Chief Transformation and opportunity officer for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He founded Elite SEM — later Tinuiti — a company leader in digital performance marketing. Kirshner’s innovative approach to corporate culture has earned widespread acclaim, securing top rankings in Entrepreneur Magazine, Inc. Magazine, Best Company to Work For, and Crain’s. In 2018, he was ranked the 12th “Best CEO in the U.S.” by Glassdoor. Kirshner has also served as an instructor at Harvard Business School.
Alba Martinez serves as Director of Commerce for the City of Philadelphia. A senior leader with a distinguished career across business, government, nonprofit, and cultural sectors, Martinez is committed to enhancing community well-being through education, cross-sector partnerships, and inclusive economic opportunities. As Commerce Director, she developed the Grow Philly Strategic Roadmap, aimed at streamlining business processes, driving inclusive growth, revitalizing commercial corridors and positioning Philadelphia as a global business hub.
Robert Zuritsky serves as president and CEO of Parkway Corporation, where he leads the business in real estate development, parking operations and parking technology innovation. In addition to serving as a committee member for JFRE, Zuritsky is chairman of the board for the National Parking Association and the Philadelphia Municipal Authority, president of the Philadelphia Parking Association, chairman for Philly Service Award and Board Member for the Philadelphia Museum of Art. He is also past president of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and Chief Executives Organization (CEO).
