Following the meeting, board members, guests and community members are invited to hear from Danzig, a content creator known as @that_semite and digital educator for OpenDor Media’s Unpacked for Educators. The speaker portion of this event is open to the public. Please fill out the registration form below if you plan to attend both the board meeting and speaker portion, or if you only plan to attend the speaker portion of the evening at 6:45 p.m.
The importance of Israel education has become increasingly vital, especially given the complexities of the Israel-Hamas war and rampant antisemitism. Danzig will discuss how to dismantle disinformation being promulgated online, the importance of interfaith work, what it means to be a Jew of Color and the impact of Oct. 7 on Israel.
