Local clergy are invited to a series of text study and discussion sessions. The series will explore Jewish and Christian perspectives on peace, war and justice, and examine how these views have evolved from pre-modern to modern times. The program will consider how shifts in political and military power, moral norms, emerging global threats and new realities have shaped traditional teachings.
The program will be facilitated by Professor of Theology Philip Cunningham, Ph.D. and Professor of Jewish Studies Adam Gregerman, Ph.D., co-directors of the Institute for Jewish-Catholic Relations of Saint Joseph’s University.
RSVP by Sunday, March 1. Advance registration is required.
Participants are encouraged to attend all three sessions.
