The information you provide will be used as written, so please be mindful of typos, selections of dates, times etc., as you complete the form.

The deadline for submitting services has been extended to Wednesday, September 18. Please know that if you missed the previous deadline that your service may not be included in the initial marketing of the guide. It will take up to 2-3 business days for your submission to be included on the website, pending review.
The Jewish Federation and the Secure Community Network will be in contact with your community leadership at a later date with updated security information for the 2024 High Holidays.
