“Representatives from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development and the state of Israel were in Philadelphia Monday to sign a memorandum of understanding for joint innovation.
The agreement formalizes the exiting business relationship between the two and puts down on paper Pennsylvania’s desire to further commit to trade and investment with Israel.”
