On February 24, 2022, the world watched in horror while Russian troops invaded Ukraine. Overnight, the Jewish Federation launched the Emergency Response Campaign and thanks to our Greater Philadelphia community’s generosity, we acted immediately to provide critical aid to those in need.
As we mark the grim one-year anniversary of this war, we’d like to share the impact our community has made in saving thousands of Ukrainian lives. With the Jewish Federation’s support, our Jewish brothers and sisters continue to persevere despite the physical, mental, and emotional burdens of war that they face every day.
