NextGen’s Pathway Fellowship

Take your next leadership steps in the Jewish community.

NextGen’s Pathway Fellowship, formerly known as Leadership Development Program (LDP), has a long history of success and recognition in our community as a gateway for individuals to become leaders within the Jewish Federation. This fellowship provides you with the foundation to jumpstart your leadership journey. 

Past participants have gone on to become pillars within the Jewish community locally and nationally.

aBOUT THE Pathway Fellowship

The Pathway Fellowship is a cohort-based experience for 15 to 20 rising leaders in their 20s and 30s who learn about the issues facing our Jewish Community and the role the Jewish Federation plays in meeting those needs.

Through this fellowship, you will:

• Learn about the Jewish Federation and the role it plays in meeting the needs and issues facing our Jewish community at home, in Israel and around the world.
• Acquire skills to manage and maintain your philanthropic endeavors and leadership overall.
• Build connections and network with other like-minded peers.
• Spend the day at one of the agencies funded through Jewish Federation dollars.
• Be paired with a mentor, who is a leader within the Jewish Federation and shares similar professional and volunteer interests as you.

yOUR TIME COMMITMENT

The Pathway Fellowship will take place between February and May 2024 and consist of five sessions. All sessions with the exception of Session 2 will be held in person at the Jewish Federation office.  The session dates and times are as follows:

Session 1:
Tuesday, February 27, 2024 | 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Session 2:
Sunday, March 24, 2024 | 10:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Session 3:
Tuesday, April 16, 2024 | 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Session 4:
Tuesday, May 7, 2024 | 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Session 5:
Wednesday, May 29, 2024 | 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

YoUR FINANCIAL COMMITMENT

The program fee is $100

YoUR pHILANTHROPIC COMMITMENT

Upon completion of the program, participants will be asked to make a meaningful contribution to the Jewish Federation’s Annual Campaign with the expectation of joining the Ben Gurion Society during the 2024 calendar year.  As part of this national society, you will have access to Ben Gurion Society events and JFRE (Jewish Federation Real Estate) events.
