Old York Road Kehillah Purim Carnival - Tabling Organization Registration – Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Old York Road Kehillah Purim Carnival by hosting a table for your organization.

This is a family-friendly program that brings out hundreds to enjoy pizza, hamantaschen, prizes, inflatable activities and more.

Please fill out the following form by Friday, Feb. 13 to secure your table.

$36 per organization

Details:

You will be provided with one 6ft table with a plastic tablecloth and two chairs. This will apply to additional tables you purchase.
You will receive up to two adult complimentary tickets for yourself and a guest to attend the carnival. To claim your tickets, both participants must be listed on the form below. If you’d like to bring additional guests, they can be registered at jewishphilly.org/oyrpurim.
You are invited to collect participant information and offer coupons or future discounts. Please do not exchange in cash transactions during the event.
Organizations are not allowed to sell or distribute food.
Please know that we cannot guarantee access to electrical oulets.
The Old York Road Kehillah Purim Carnival will be promoted throughout Old York Road and social media.
After submitting the form below, you will be contacted by a Jewish Federation representative with the paperwork that is due by Wednesday, Feb. 18 at 5 p.m.

Tabling Documentation Agreement:

Submit a Certificate of Ins urance for the day of the event naming “Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia and its subsidiaries as additional insured.” You will be contacted by a Jewish Federation Professional with additional information.
Sign and return the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia’s “Event Services Agreement” or “Vendor Hold Harmless” form. You will be contacted by a Jewish Federation professional with the appropriate agreement.
