Planning an event to celebrate Israel’s 70th? The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia is delighted to partner with other local and national organizations in observing and celebrating Israel’s 70th birthday. By registering, you will have access to resources and materials to help make your events as easy as possible. Get ideas, request a traveling exhibit, download advertisement templates, and discover opportunities to partake in the party.

For example, if you have a community garden, you may want to participate by growing plants from an agro-research center in in Sdot Negev. Or maybe you would like to host a “How I Built This,” an event that gives young adults the opportunity to engage with business and creative leaders connected with Israel.

In the Partners pages, you’ll find more information about these and many more exciting programs to help our communities celebrate Israel’s 70th together.

You’ll also be able to post your events on our calendar so we can help spread the word.

In order to create an account for your organization, we ask you to review our “Policy and Guidelines for Support of Israel-Related Programming,” and then fill out the following form affirming the stated values. These guidelines have been reviewed and approved by the leadership of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. Please note that each program will be vetted to ensure that it adheres to these guidelines before your event is posted to the communal calendar. Direct any inquiries about these guidelines to Deborah Glanzberg-Krainin, Chief Program and Strategy Officer, dglanzberg@jewishphilly.org.
